🌸 At the moment we only ship to the UK (minus NI) on here but we do have an Etsy shop where we do ship to the following! If you don't see your country then please do email us and we will add it (NOTE: Due to the GPSR law we can't ship to the EU yet)

How long will it take to receive?

🌸 UK customers - 4-7 days depending on Royal Mail 

🌸 International customers - 7 - 14 days, depending on Royal Mail and your local postage service

Help, my order's arrived as damaged!

🌸 If your item arrived as damaged then please email us at buniemistudio@gmail.com with your name and order number as well as any photos of the products. You may be entitled to a partial refund (excludes shipping/custom charges) 

Lost in transit!

🌸 If your order is lost in transit, we will do our best to get in contact with the local mail services on your behalf, but please be aware that once it has left us, its now in the hands of the mail gods, so if it goes missing, we can't guarantee we can do much but if we are given proof that it is lost, we will offer to send a replacement. 

Not all of my order has arrived!
